NEW USERS

If you are a new user of Dragon or Macspeech then we offer short cut guides to assist with installation and set up. Click Here to send us an email to request these guides. Please let us know the version and product details so we can send the correct guide.

DRAGON HELP GUIDES

We have a list of guides that will teach you advanced features of Dragon, Macspeech and Olympus products. To be able to view these guides we need you to register with us. These guides will be free of charge to registered users. You will also receive a monthly newsletter with tips and tricks.

 Transcribing Meetings  

To date the best solution for transcribing meetings is the re-dictation method. To find out more about this, click here.

Training   

If you would like to enlist in our training classes, we have training classes for new users. The training of these classes are done on site at your premises at your time. We break the classes up into 3 days, each session being an hour. This will teach you the basics then move on to advanced features and then specialise in your specific applications.  Afrikaans Support 

We have created an Afrikaans module for Dragon. This module will allow you to dictate in Afrikaans. This module is updated monthly and is a free service to all Dragon Solution clients.
